Ihre Aufgaben

Willkommen bei Siemes Schuhcenter GmbH & Co. KG, einem führenden Unternehmen im Einzelhandel, spezialisiert auf modische und preiswerte Schuhe. Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Einkaufssachbearbeiter/in für unseren Standort in Mönchengladbach. Sie übernehmen dabei vielfältige Aufgaben im Bereich Einkauf und Materialverwaltung, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.

  • Koordination und Abwicklung von Bestellungen bei Lieferanten
  • Überwachung der Liefertermine und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Anlieferung von Waren
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Retouren
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Lieferantenstammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Beschaffungsprozesse
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern

Unsere Anforderungen

Wir suchen eine/n Kandidaten/in mit Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, der/die folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf oder Materialwirtschaft
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
