Sierra Circuit serves all industries including aerospace, defense, medical, automotive, and telecommunications, building PCBs to the highest industry standards, and keeping innovation at the forefront of everything we do.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:\nProcess orders through numerous process steps including: \nCopper, Acid/tin plate and all associated cleaning steps\nResist strip, copper etch, solder strip\nElectroless copper\nNickel, soft gold, hard gold and all associated cleaning steps\nCMI Reading\nPerforming Process Analysis Logs (PAL) through TrueChem system\nChemical Preventative Maintenance\nProvide product and process support by routine inspection of product, equipment, processes and supplies. \nProduct Inspection \n Follow all processing instructions associated with each process step and each work order. \nIndividual orders may have specific instructions that must be followed\nEach process has a set of work instructions that must be followed\nWork within local, state, federal laws and company guidelines regarding safety and chemical use. \nWork with Waste Treatment and follow accepted spent chemical guidelines\nFollow company safety procedures regarding machinery, supply use, and chemical handling\nAssist Production Management and Engineering Department regarding product flow, quality, timeliness and process testing and design.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\n High School Diploma preferred.\n2-6 years experience in plating for PCB Manufacturing Company.\nAbility to read and understand technical work instructions.\nAbility to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as gloves, protective glasses, face-shields, aprons, rubber boots, etc. Must not be allergic to common forms of rubber and plastic use for PPE.\nAbility to work within the confines of a room where concentrations of chemicals are located.\nAbility to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds maximum.\nAbility to stand and walk throughout the day.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to follow procedures and maintain quality of products at all time.\nGood computer skills and ability to learn new skills and tasks as required.\nAbility to perform at the highest level in a fast-paced environment.\nSalary: $22 to $30 Hourly\nMUST be a US Personnel\nSHIFT: Graveyard shift\nNon Exempt\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
