Our customers include the Department of Defense (DoD), the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).\nPreferred Location: Northwest Florida.\nResponsibilities\nThis position will be responsible, but not limited to the following:\nDevelop and configure Service Now Modules\nIntegrate business systems\nDesign and implement workflow automation\nBuild and manage integrations to connect Service Now with external applications and data sources\nCreate reports and dashboards\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams\nProvide user training and documentation\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\n\n U.S. Citizenship.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance.\nExperience configuring and supporting ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CSM, FSM (Field Service Management), and EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).\nExperience supporting Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, ERP, or enterprise business systems.\nExperience with ADP Workforce Now, Deltek Costpoint, or comparable platforms.\nStrong knowledge of workflow automation, process improvement, business systems integration, and enterprise asset management.\nExperience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ServiceNow scripting tools, REST APIs, and SOAP integrations.\nExperience creating reports, dashboards, metrics, and business intelligence solutions.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.\n* Periodic travel may be required for company meetings, training events, customer engagements, and business needs\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Equivalent combinations of education, military training, professional certifications, and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\nMonths/Years of Experience:\nThree (3) or more years of experience administering and developing enterprise business applications.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n Experience supporting government contracting organizations.\nFamiliarity with FAR, DFARS, DCAA, and government contractor business processes.\n\n Experience implementing or administering ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management).\nExperience implementing or administering ServiceNow EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).\nActive security clearance or previous experience working in a cleared environment.\n**Please note: Preferred Location: Northwest Florida.
