The MST team has a long legacy of supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, commercial and international customers with years of experience in platform operations, engineering and full lifecycle management across domains - air, land, sea, space and cyber.Responsibilities:\nDesign, build, and maintain Front-End Applications, data pipelines and workflows in various tools (such as Palantir, AI platforms)\nDevelop and manage semantic layers, code repositories, and data transforms/displays\nPerform data analysis to understand data sources, flows and timing\nDesign, build and maintain reports, dashboards, and semantic models\nPartner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data products\nApply foundational data architecture principles, including models, lineage, governance, and optimization\nContribute to best practices for version control, testing, and CI/CD within the data ecosystem\nTroubleshoot data issues and ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across systems\nQualifications You Must Have:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related role.\nHigher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.\nRelevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 9 years of related experience is required. \nAdvanced proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).\nStrong SQL skills and experience with complex queries and relational databases.\nExtensive experience with extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes and data integration.\nUnderstanding of Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing concepts with knowledge of ETL and Reporting tools.\nAdvanced experience with reporting tools (Power BI).\nSolid SQL skills.\nQualifications We Prefer:\nMaster’s degree in a related field.\nExperience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.\nCertification in BI tools or data analytics.\nKnowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).\nExperience with Business Intelligence tools (one or more of the following: Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, qlikview, TIBCO Spotfire, SAP Business Objects, SAP Crystal Reports).\nSkills in other MS SQL Server technologies - SSIS, SSAS, Stored Procedures.\nData profiling skills.\nKnowledge of multiple development methodologies, preferably Agile.\nStrong data analysis and problem-solving skills\nSolid understanding of modern data architecture concepts\nProficiency in report building\nProficiency in SQL, Python, Typescript & React/JavaScript\nExperience with ETL/ELT processes and data engineering best practices\nAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts clearly\nEssential Functions:\nExperience with cloud data platforms\nBackground in data modeling or BI semantic layer design\nAbility to work on a computer for extended periods.\nFrequent communication with team members and stakeholders.\nAbility to work in an office or hybrid environment.\nOccasional travel may be required.\nMust be able to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally.\nDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making.\nThis posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.\nSNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.\nIMPORTANT NOTICE:\nThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
