This role involves working with executive stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, developing innovative and robust solutions, and ensuring alignment with technology platforms and standards.As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.Responsibilities:\nDrive the design and implementation of strategic technology solutions to meet complex business needs.\nCollaborate with executive stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.\nAnalyze complex business problems and develop innovative and robust solutions.\nEnsure alignment and consistency of solutions with technology platforms and standards.\nDevelop comprehensive technical documentation and solution architecture artifacts.\nLead and facilitate design review sessions and make strategic architectural decisions.\nIdentify and evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to solution implementation.\nLead project planning and execution to ensure successful delivery of solutions.\nStay current on industry trends and best practices in solution architecture.\nQualifications You Must Have:\nBachelor's degree in information technology or related field .\n8+ Years experience in Solution Architecture or related field.\nRelevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 12 years of related experience is required.\nHigher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. \nExpert proficiency in solution architecture principles and frameworks, and system integration and software development methodologies.\nProficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related services.\nStrong understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations in solution design.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.\nStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus among stakeholders.\nAbility to obtain & maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance\nQualifications We Prefer:\nExcellent communication and leadership skills.\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nExperience with cloud technologies and platforms.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies.\nKnowledge of enterprise software and application development.\nRelevant certifications [e.g., The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), AWS Certified Solutions Architect].\nExperience designing solutions that cross multiple engineering disciplines, such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Test Engineering, Certification Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Systems Engineering.\nA proven track record of leading enterprise-wide tool adoption, capability improvement, or digital transformation initiatives - with results you can point to.\nExperience mentoring solution architects or engineers and establishing architectural standards or governance practices for a team.\nExperience building and communicating long-range technical roadmaps that connect clearly to broader organizational goals.\nEssential Functions:\nPerform desk-based computer tasks for extended periods.\nEngage in repetitive motions, including typing on a keyboard.\nOccasionally lift and move items up to 20 lbs.\nAbility to work in an office or hybrid environment.\nAbility to travel as required.\nThis posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.\nEstimated Starting Salary Range: $150,661.49 - $207,159.55. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
