We may have the role for you! The Senior Graphic Designer will spearhead the development of innovative and impactful visual content for SNC. This role involves leading the design team, managing complex projects, and ensuring the highest standards of visual communication across all media.\n\nAs SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.\n\nResponsibilities: \nOversee the creation and production of cutting-edge graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing, sales, and operational materials.\nDevelop and drive visual content strategies for high-stakes presentations, proposals, and product documentation.\nCollaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.\nEnsure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and industry standards.\nReview and critique design work to ensure consistency and quality.\nLead and manage a team of designers, providing mentorship and professional development.\nManage multiple high-impact projects and ensure on-time delivery.\nIntegrate the latest design trends and technologies into visual content.\nRepresent the design team in strategic meetings and presentations.\n\nQualifications You Must Have: \nBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in graphic design or related field.\nRelevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required. \nHigher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. \nExtensive experience with graphics design application programs and Microsoft Office Suite.\nAdvanced Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Software, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.\nAbility to work successfully in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.\nStrong portfolio showcasing high-level design projects and innovation.\nAbility to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.\n\nQualifications We Prefer: \nExperience with software application programs such as, SolidWorks, 3DS Max, The Foundry Modo, Zbrush, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Filezilla, Wordpress tools, and Google Apps.\nExposure to web and print design, video/audio editing, 2D and/or 3D animation.\nUnderstanding of 3D printing software such as Autodesk Mesh Fusion, 3DS Z Edit Pro, Autodesk NetFabb, or Google Sketchup.\nBackground in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.\n\nEssential Functions: \nAbility to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.\nOccasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.\nRegular use of hand/finger dexterity for designing and typing.\nAbility to travel as needed.\nCapability to work in an office or hybrid environment.\n\nThis posting will be open for application for a minimum of 5 days and may be extended based on business needs.\nEstimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 - $171,560.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
