With a solid understanding of inventory management principles and Knowledge with MRP systems, they collaborate with team members to ensure seamless inventory processes, problem-solve issues, and communicate effectively. The role will also involve operating equipment like forklifts and fostering continuous improvement within inventory control procedures.In this role, you will maintain and manage accurate inventory records using MRP systems and inventory management databases while assisting in logistics operations, including receiving, stocking, and distributing inventory items. You will conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and integrity and utilize intermediate computer skills along with MS Office tools to manage and analyze inventory data effectively. By problem-solving inventory discrepancies and following written and verbal directions, you will work to resolve issues efficiently. You will communicate concisely and effectively, both in written and verbal formats, with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, you will operate a forklift and ensure the safe handling of inventory items, with the ability to obtain forklift certification if needed. Acting as a change agent, you will identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
