This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of federal procurement processes and contract types. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting complex government agency or military proposal teams and possess excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.In this role, you will develop and write proposal responses by identifying and clarifying requirements and evaluation criteria, while studying solicitation documents to understand the scope, requirements, and evaluation criteria. You will analyze costs and incorporate them into proposal responses, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure proposal compliance. Managing multiple proposal projects simultaneously, you will ensure all deadlines are met and maintain and update proposal content and templates to improve efficiency and consistency. Additionally, you will review and edit proposal content for clarity, grammar, and compliance with solicitation requirements. You will assist in the development of proposal strategies and win themes, participate in proposal review meetings and debriefs to continuously improve proposal processes, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior proposal team members.\nAbout You\nOur mission is driven by an unyielding commitment to advancing space-based technology in service of our customers and safeguarding national security. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nRequires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).\nTypically 2+ years of related experience.\nExperience participating or supporting complex government agency or military proposal teams.\nDemonstrated experience in understanding federal procurement processes and contract types.\nProven experience in proposal management and writing.\nStrong project and process management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nExcellent communication and organizational skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nFamiliarity with government contracting and procurement processes.\nExperience with proposal management software and tools.\nStrong analytical and research skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.\nCompensation:\nPay Range:\n$90,707.00 - $124,744.25Your actual base compensation will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related knowledge and skills, education, experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.\nIMPORTANT NOTICE:\nThis position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
