You will be responsible for building strategic and tactical sourcing strategies, managing talent pipeline development, and positioning Sierra Space as an employer of choice across all hiring disciplines, applicant pools and hiring locations. You will regularly partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and business leaders to ensure alignment of sourcing resources and priorities to business needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about the candidate experience and building an employer brand that will appeal to a diverse set of best qualified candidates.This role requires conducting thorough screenings and assessments of candidates to evaluate their fit for open positions, as well as coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) is essential, along with providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.\nAbout You\nOur mission is driven by an unyielding commitment to advancing space-based technology in service of our customers and safeguarding national security. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nRequires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree).\nTypically 2+ years of related experience.\nPossesses recruiting knowledge and basic understanding of business groups operations and basic knowledge of overall recruiting strategies.\nAble to correlate manager recruiting needs into sourcing an effective talent pipeline.\nAbility to promote strategic ideas and works closely with business leadership to impact talent strategies and recruiting processes based on business demand.\nExperience using social media networks to look for and connect with potential candidates.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.\n1+ yrs experience with Workday recruiting software\nAerospace and Defense industry experience\nFamiliarity with social media recruiting and employer branding.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.\nKnowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.\nIMPORTANT NOTICE:\nTo conform to U.S. Government international trade regulations, applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.\nElevate Your Career\nAt Sierra Space, we are committed to your personal and professional development.
