You’ll join early, own the systems that make hiring and in-office life run smoothly, and see your work directly affect who joins Sieve and how they experience it.\nAbout the Role\nAs our Recruiting Coordinator & Office Manager, you’ll run the operational engine behind hiring and keep our San Francisco office running well. Work closely with our Talent Team and Events & Community to give stellar experiences to our candidates and current team members! You’ll own interview logistics, ATS hygiene, and the candidate experience from first touch to first day. You’ll also make sure the office is a place where the team can do their best work.\nYou’re highly organized, have strong communication skills, and you care about how people feel when they interact with Sieve, whether that’s a candidate or a teammate. You bring structure to busy, shifting calendars, you catch details before they become problems, and you’re happy to do hands-on work.\nWhat You'll Do\nRecruiting Operations & Coordination\nOwn interview scheduling from technical rounds through to onsites, coordinating across interviewer calendars and time zones\n\nDeliver a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience. Prepare candidates for each stage, host onsites, and help ensure timely follow-ups.\n\nKeep Ashby clean and accurate (stages, feedback, notes) so pipeline data is something the team can trust\n\nSupport the hiring team with sourcing and pipeline reporting as needed\n\nCoordinate pre-boarding, then run onboarding: equipment, accounts, first-day logistics, and a great first week\n\nOffice Management\nKeep the office organized, stocked, and welcoming by ordering supplies and snacks, restocking shared spaces, coordinating deliveries, and handling day-to-day office needs\n\nManage vendor relationships and office services, including facilities, maintenance, cleaning, and building management\n\nWork closely with our Events & Community lead to support operational tasks for office events\n\nProvide scheduling and logistics support to leadership as needed\n\nAcross the business\nSpot what’s slowing things down and fix it, so processes get simpler and more reliable\n\nStep in wherever needed to take on new priorities and close gaps\n\nRequirements\n1-3+ years in coordination, operations, or a similar people-facing operations role, ideally at a fast-growing startup\n\nStrong execution skills: organized, dependable, and detail-oriented\n\nClear, written and verbal communication with candidates, teammates, and vendors\n\nComfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and the ability to keep many threads moving at once\n\nSound judgment and discretion with confidential information\n\nA collaborative, low-ego attitude and a willingness to do
