In this role, you will build data-driven tracking platforms, manage flow releases, and leverage modern automation-including AI agents-to accelerate Physical Design (PD) execution and optimize Power, Performance, and Area (PPA) metrics.\nKey Responsibilities\nPPA Analytics Platform: Build, maintain, and own a unified PPA repository, comprehensive dashboards, and advanced PPA scaling methodologies.\n\nFlow Integration & Release Management: Manage and integrate all recipe changes within our internal flows, taking full ownership of flow release cycles.\n\nMemory Compiler Optimization: Collaborate closely with the platform engineering teams to streamline, optimize, and support the memory compiler flow.\n\nCross-Functional Integration: Partner with Platform Engineering and Platform Technologies teams to seamlessly integrate compiler-level and internal CAD solutions.\n\nPD Execution Support: Develop a deep, functional understanding of our internal systems to provide robust, day-to-day support for the Physical Design execution teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.\n\nCoding & Scripting: Strong proficiency in programming and scripting languages, specifically Python and TCL, to drive flow automation and tool development.\n\nData & Dashboards: Hands-on experience designing and managing databases and visualization platforms, with a strong focus on SQL and Grafana.\n\nAI-Driven Development: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI agents and modern AI tools to develop innovative CAD solutions and accelerate coding tasks.\n\nDesign Flow Foundation: Solid foundational understanding of the digital ASIC design flow, specifically spanning from Synthesis through Static Timing Analysis (STA).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nVersion Control & CI/CD: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices for managing flow releases.\n\nAdvanced Analytics: Experience building complex data pipelines or handling large-scale engineering data for PPA optimization.\n\n Additional Information:\nThis position requires a successful background and reference checks and satisfactory proof of your right to work in:\nIndiaAny offer of employment for this position is also contingent on the Company verifying that you are a authorized for access to export-controlled technology under applicable export control laws or, if you are not already authorized, our ability to successfully obtain any necessary export license(s) or other approvals.\nSiFive is an equal opportunity employer.
