We are EXIN, an independent certification and accreditation institute specializing in digital skills. We offer a comprehensive solution for certifying professionals in the digital domain and take pride in being part of the Software Improvement Group (SIG). In 2021, SIG acquired EXIN, an international leader in assessing and certifying IT professionals. Although EXIN operates as an independent company with its own growth strategy, we closely collaborate with SIG and leverage cross-selling opportunities.

EXIN is headquartered in the Netherlands and has operations and entities across the globe, including in Germany, India, Brazil, China, and Japan.

Where you come in

• Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, including data entry for sales, purchases, and accruals.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and other routine reconciliations.
• Process weekly payments and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Support the Financial Controller in preparing monthly management accounts and operational analysis.
• Handle basic intercompany transactions under the guidance of the Financial Controller.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Assist in maintaining asset capitalization and depreciation records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial processes and reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.

• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Exact Online, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Experience with reconciliations and payment processing.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with inter-company transactions and asset capitalization is desirable.
