This is a hands-on role for an engineer who takes end-to-end ownership, writes clean and testable code, and enjoys turning complex requirements into reliable, high-performing products.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack web applications across front-end and back-end layers.\n\n- Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, translating UX/UI designs into production-ready code.\n\n- Develop and maintain RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices that are well-documented, versioned, and easy to consume.\n\n- Model, query, and optimize relational and NoSQL data stores to ensure data integrity and performance at scale.\n\n- Own features end-to-end requirements, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring.\n\n- Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code; participate actively in peer code reviews and pair programming.\n\n- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated test suites to enable frequent, reliable releases.\n\n- Containerize and deploy services using Docker and Kubernetes on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Ensure application security, observability, and performance through logging, monitoring, and proactive optimization.\n\n- Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, actively contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards, reusable components, and technical decision-making.\n\n- Diagnose and resolve production issues, driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixes.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.\n\n- 7+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.\n\n- Strong proficiency in a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue) with solid HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals.\n\n- Strong back-end development experience in one or more of : Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python, .NET, or Go.\n\n- Proven experience designing, building, and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs and microservices.\n\n- Solid working knowledge of both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and at least one major cloud platform.\n\n- Demonstrated experience delivering software in Agile and Scrum environments.\n\n- Strong automated testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Nice-To-Have) :\n\n- Experience in Data Engineering, building data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows using tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or Airflow, and working with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.\n\n- Experience with event-driven and microservices architectures at scale.\n\n- Infrastructure-as-Code experience (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).\n\n- Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\n\n- Experience with observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry).\n\n- Exposure to analytics, data-heavy, or enterprise SaaS products.\n\nTechnical Skills :\n\n- Front-End : React / Angular / Vue, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, state management (Redux/NgRx), responsive & accessible design\n\n- Back-End : Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python, or .NET;
