All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.\nRequirements\n2-3 years of relevant experience.\n2+ years of experience using Java. \n2+ years of experience using NET/MVC, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML5 is preferred.\n2+ years of experience working with Git repositories. \n2+ years of experience using one or more of the following development environments: Visual Studio, JDeveloper, NetBeans, or Eclipse.\n2+ years of experience with Agile software development and peer programming.\nExperience working with Oracle databases. \nMust be a U.S. citizen.\nCandidate Differentiators:\nExperience modernizing legacy Java applications. \nExperience developing applications using TypeScript and Vue.js. \nExperience with Vuetify or similar UI frameworks. \nExperience with Oracle database procedures, functions, and triggers. \nExperience developing and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, installation instructions, and cutover plans. \nExperience supporting applications within Department of Defense (DoD) environments. \nFamiliarity with DoD cybersecurity requirements and security compliance processes. \nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment\nMandatory Certifications:\nCybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) certification\nComputer Programs/Software:\nJava\nTypeScript\njQuery\nHTML5\nAngular\nPersonnel Clearance Level:\nCandidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.\nClearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an Engineering, Scientific, Business, or technical discipline with 2+ years of technical experience developing complex applications. \n6+ years of technical experience developing complex applications may be substituted for the education requirement. \nEssential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):\nApplication development, database support, modernization, testing, and sustainment for mission-critical applications supporting the Government. \nDevelop, maintain, enhance, and modernize complex applications supporting Government mission requirements. \nConvert existing Java classes into TypeScript. \nDevelop Vue.js components to replace legacy Java Frames. \nSupport development and integration using modern application development frameworks and tools. \nDevelop and execute software test procedures to validate application functionality and performance. \nTroubleshoot application issues and provide timely technical solutions. \nParticipate in peer programming and collaborative software development activities. \nMaintain application documentation, installation instructions, migration instructions, and delivery cutover plans. \nDevelop and maintain Oracle procedures, functions, and triggers. \nDevelop and maintain database procedures, technical documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). \nSupport application and database security requirements within classified and Government environments. \nSupport certificate installation and certificate trust-store updates. \nIdentify and resolve application connectivity and user-access issues. \nPerform Software Development and Web Application STIG activities. \nParticipate in daily Agile stand-up meetings. \nParticipate in bi-weekly sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. \nCollaborate with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and program leadership. \nProvide status briefings, technical reports, demonstrations, and application updates as required. \nParticipate in technical discussions and demonstrations with Government sponsors.\nSalary Range: $80,000 -
