The ideal candidate will leverage deep knowledge of NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) processes, Federated Mission Network (FMN) standards, and STANAGs to oversee complex technical roadmaps, resource scheduling, and project execution. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.\nRequirements\n10+ years of Program Manager experience.\nExperience with Mission Partner Environment (MPE) specifically NATO MPE systems.\nExperience with NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) project management processes.\nExperience with Federated Mission Network (FMN) Interoperability requirements and NATO Standardization Agreements (STANAGS).\nExperience with U.S. European Command (US EUCOM) requirements to support NATO MPE initiatives including U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa (NAVUER-AF) and other DoW components.\nExperience with NAVEUR-AF Combined Maritime Forces NATO (CMFN).\nMust be a U.S. Citizen.\nComputer Software/Programs:\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nPersonnel Clearance Level:\nCandidate must possess an active Secret security clearance or higher.\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.\nEssential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):\nProject Planning & Execution\nIdentify technical requirements.\nBuild resource-loaded schedules.\nDefine critical paths and milestones.\nEnsure projects stay on time and within budget.\nIT Management\nManage IT Service Delivery\nProcess Improvements\nChange Management\nInternal Controls (in compliance with Federal, DoW, and Departments of the Navy policies)\nLeadership Briefings\nWrite and deliver executive-level briefings.\nDirectly report to government sponsor and provide weekly briefs on project execution.\nRisk & Defect Management\nTrack project risks.\nManage risk registers. \nMonitor system enhancements or defect remediation. \nCoordinate corrective actions.\nSalary Range:\n$150,000 -
