All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.\nRequirements\nAt least 1 year or relevant experience.\nWorking knowledge of Scrum and Agile development practices.\nKnowledge of scrum roles, events, artifacts, and empirical process control.\nAbility to run standups, retrospectives, reviews, and remove impediments.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous process improvement.\nMust be a U.S. citizen.\nMandatory Certifications:\nCompTIA Security+ or CISSP.\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master Fundamental (PSM 1) (within 6 Months of hire).\nComputer Programs/Software:\nAgile planning & tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, & Gitlab or Github.\nPersonnel Clearance Level:\nCandidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance or higher.\nClearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a Technical field of study. \nEssential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nAssist teams in planning, tracking, and completing sprint activities and deliverables.\nTrack project progress, action items, dependencies, and impediments to support timely delivery.\nHelp identify and remove obstacles that impact team productivity and mission objectives.\nPromote collaboration among systems engineers, software developers, and network engineering teams.\nMaintain Agile boards, sprint backlogs, and project documentation using Jira.\nSupport the Product Owner in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint preparation.\nEncourage adherence to Agile principles and promote continuous improvement across the team.\nCommunicate sprint progress, risks, and issues to team members, technical leads, and stakeholders.\nAssist with coordinating engineering activities, system integration, testing, and network deployment efforts.\nHelp monitor team performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve workflow and delivery.\nSupport alignment between engineering activities, program milestones, and operational requirements.\nSalary Range: $70,000 -
