In this role, you’ll support all warehouse activities including receiving, staging, loading, repackaging, storing, and transporting materials-ensuring product accuracy and operational excellence every step of the way.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRead production labels, customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, and requisitions to determine items to move, gather, repack, dispose of, or distribute\nPrepare and record items shipped or received using systems such as SAP and Microsoft Excel\nGather and log detailed inventory information, including labels, descriptions, supplier data, purchase orders, and lot numbers\nVerify products against shipment specifications and ensure proper transportation methods\nReceive, inspect, record, and ship goods with accuracy\nMove materials between receiving, production, and storage areas\nSort and place items on carts, pallets, racks, shelves, bins, or other storage equipment\nMaintain accurate documentation of materials and inventory\nMonitor packaging materials and ingredient inventory; communicate levels to key stakeholders\nRecord vendor and part information as needed\nComplete inventory-related forms, including disposition and substitution logs\nOperate forklifts and/or reach trucks to transport materials inside and outside facilities\nPerform routine maintenance on equipment (cleaning, lubrication, battery charging, fueling)\nOperate company vehicles to deliver and pick up materials when needed\nSupport additional warehouse duties as assigned\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nRequired Qualifications\nValid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (location dependent)\nPreferred Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nAt least 3 months of related experience\nExperience using ERP systems (SAP, Accuterm, ROSS, or similar) \nSkills & Abilities\nBasic computer proficiency\nAbility to obtain forklift certification and safely operate powered equipment\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to meet deadlines and manage workload under pressure\nEffective communication skills\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team\nWork Environment\nFlexible availability for overnight, weekend, holiday, and multiple shift schedules\nAbility to work in varying temperatures ranging from very cold to hot environments\nExposure to production and warehouse conditions, including moving machinery and varying noise levels\nPhysical Requirements\nRegular standing, walking, and repetitive hand movements\nFrequent reaching above shoulder level\nOccasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling\nAbility to lift at least 10 pounds\nVisual requirements include close vision, depth perception, and focus\nExposure to mechanical equipment, chemicals, and airborne particles\nWhy Join Us?\nBe part of a team that keeps operations moving.
