Forward AI Deployment Engineer (FDE)

In this role, you will design, build, and optimize cutting-edge AI deployment systems - from autonomous agents to complex orchestration layers - for both greenfield products and established platforms.

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Deployment Engineer to lead the implementation of advanced AI solutions in operational environments. This role requires strong customer-facing presence, exceptional advisory skills, and the ability to design and deploy AI systems that deliver measurable organizational impact.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI/ML deployment and system engineering.

• Strong proficiency in AI frameworks.

• Expertise in large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with customers, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.

• Own the vision for AI operations implementation, building end-to-end workflows and taking them to production.

• Translate complex business challenges into actionable technical plans.

• Rapidly prototype AI solutions to demonstrate possibilities to clients.

• Engineer production-grade AI solutions with deep knowledge of AI tooling, architecture, and deployment.

• Manage stakeholder alignment, proactively escalating issues and requesting support when necessary.

• Design and build LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, and custom data pipelines.
