ideal for someone who understands how leading technology and consulting companies win business in the DACH market, whether gained at a hyperscaler, a top-tier consultancy, or a professional services firm, and is now looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a region and make a measurable commercial impact.\n Own new business development across DACH\nIdentify, qualify, and pursue opportunities in manufacturing, tech, financial services, and enterprise AI/modernisation programmes\nManage the full sales cycle from first conversation through negotiation and closing\nDesign and tune niche, value-based offerings for the German market together with practice and delivery teams\nLead pre-sales activity with solution architects and technical experts\nBuild and manage local partner relationships with AWS, Databricks, and Microsoft\nPrepare proposals, commercial offers, and presentations\nManage RFI/RFP and bidding processes\nMaintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM and deliver against revenue targets\nRepresent the company at industry events and client meetings across the region\n 5+ years in B2B business development, sales, or key account management in IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology\nHunter mindset with the ability to create new relationships and open new accounts\nUnderstanding of software development, cloud, and AI technologies\nExperience with value-based and consultative selling of complex services\nFamiliarity with the German enterprise buying culture\nNative-level German language skills\nProfessional working English\nStructured and
