The role supports cross-functional delivery operations, helping leadership teams maintain high-quality execution standards, improve governance processes, and strengthen portfolio transparency across multiple projects and accounts.\nPROJECT\nThe department is focused on building a mature delivery ecosystem with strong governance practices, scalable operational processes, and sustainable portfolio management. The role involves supporting complex software development initiatives, improving delivery predictability, managing escalations, and enabling continuous improvement across distributed teams.\nYou will work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Leaders, Resource Managers, Account Managers, and HR partners to ensure successful project execution and long-term delivery excellence.\n Own and continuously improve delivery governance practices across the department\nConduct regular project health reviews and ensure timely identification of delivery risks and issues\nMonitor portfolio performance, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and key delivery metrics\nProvide visibility into portfolio health and proactively escalate critical issues when needed\nEstablish and drive delivery standards, best practices, and quality frameworks across projects\nSupport and mentor Project Managers in applying effective delivery and governance practices\nFacilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across teams\nEnsure consistent adoption of company delivery methodologies, processes, and standards\nOwn delivery escalations and coordinate resolution efforts across stakeholders\nLead recovery planning for challenging or underperforming projects\nIdentify portfolio-level risks and ensure mitigation plans are implemented and tracked\nSupport leadership in managing delivery-related risks and priorities\nCollaborate with Account Managers, Project Managers, Engineering Leaders, Resource Managers, and HR partners to ensure successful project execution\nDrive alignment between business objectives, delivery capabilities, and resource planning\nAct as a trusted advisor to leadership on delivery performance, risks, and improvement opportunities\nContribute to organizational initiatives aimed at increasing delivery maturity and operational effectiveness\n 8+ years of experience in project, program, portfolio, or delivery management within the IT industry\nPrevious hands-on technical experience as a Software Engineer or in another technical delivery role\nStrong understanding of software development processes and engineering challenges\nProven experience overseeing multiple projects, accounts, or delivery streams simultaneously\nExperience leading, mentoring, or developing Project Managers, Delivery Managers, or Team Leads\nStrong understanding of delivery governance, project health management, risk management, and quality assurance practices\nProven experience managing complex delivery escalations and leading recovery initiatives for challenged projects\nExperience establishing and improving delivery standards, processes, frameworks, and best practices across organizations\nStrong portfolio management capabilities with the ability to identify trends, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across multiple projects\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across different organizational levels\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making\nAbility to drive organizational change and lead continuous improvement initiatives\nExcellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills\nExperience working in cross-functional and matrix organizations\nAdvanced English level\nWILL BE A PLUS\nExperience working within large-scale distributed delivery organizations\nExperience with Agile delivery frameworks and transformation initiatives\nCertifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar\nExperience in delivery process optimization and operational excellence initiatives\nExposure to international Customer environments and enterprise-scale accounts\n PERSONAL PROFILE\nStrong
