Responsibilities
Participate in infrastructure and environment architecture planning
Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
Build and maintain scalable Kubernetes-based environments
Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
Troubleshoot production infrastructure, networking, and application delivery issues
Support and maintain existing environments
Implement infrastructure security best practices, secrets management, and access control
Collaborate closely with development teams on infrastructure-related topics
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend new technologies and practices
Requirements
3+ years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Good knowledge of YAML pipelines, reusable templates, approval gates, and Azure Repos governance
Experience managing Linux and Windows build agents and Azure Artifacts feeds
Practical experience with Terraform and/or Ansible
Strong scripting skills with Bash and Python or PowerShell
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, OpenSearch, or Elasticsearch
Strong understanding of infrastructure and application security principles
Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions
Experience managing TLS certificates and secure infrastructure configurations
Understanding of least privilege, network segmentation, and isolated environments
Experience troubleshooting production systems and participating in incident response
Upper-Intermediate English level
Will be a plus:
AWS experience with EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, and VPC
Experience with AI infrastructure or LLM-powered services
Knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or Anthropic APIs
Experience monitoring and supporting AI workloads in production
Experience integrating AI-related automation into CI/CD pipelines
Practical use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
Knowledge of AI-related data protection and audit logging practices
