assumptions, dependencies, and changes\nBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration\nEnsure transparent communication, regular reporting, and proper project documentation\nMonitor project financial indicators including revenue, utilization, margin, and budget performance\nIdentify delivery risks and proactively implement mitigation actions\nFacilitate estimation activities, project planning, and resource forecasting\nSupport onboarding, motivation, and professional growth of project and hybrid delivery methodologies\nExperience managing project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and resource allocation\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, QA specialists, and business stakeholders\nUnderstanding of software development processes and cloud-based solutions\nUnderstanding of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data & Analytics, or Intelligent Automation solutions\nExperience participating in pre-sales activities, estimations, discovery phases, or proposal preparation\nAbility to identify customer business needs and transform them into delivery opportunities\nStrong commercial awareness and understanding of profitability, utilization, margin, and customer value creation\nUpper-Intermediate English level or higher\nWILL BE A PLUS\nExperience working in outsourcing or consulting companies\nExperience participating in RFPs, proposal preparation, and customer presentations\nUnderstanding of Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, AWS AI, or similar AI platforms\nPMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications\nExperience growing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities\nExperience managing multiple
