expectations\nBuild strong relationships with Customers and act as a trusted delivery partner\nIdentify business opportunities and support account growth through proactive communication and delivery excellence\nTailor project management approaches and delivery models according to Customer and project needs\nManage project portfolios, identify risks proactively, and ensure transparent stakeholder communication\nLead multicultural and cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment\nExecute people management activities, including hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluation, and retention\nDrive continuous process improvement and implement best practices in project delivery and operational management\nSupport and drive AI adoption practices across projects where
