The department focuses on implementing and developing business applications, enterprise platforms, and digital solutions that support multiple business functions across the organization. Its mission is to provide employees with efficient, scalable, and modern tools that improve productivity and collaboration.\nThe role is focused on leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, enabling automation, and introducing AI-supported workflows across the company. You will coordinate multiple parallel streams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects in a complex enterprise environment.\n Plan, manage, and monitor project execution ensuring delivery on time and within budget \nDrive end-to-end project lifecycle management using appropriate delivery methodologies and best practices \nLead cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business units and internal teams \nAlign business and technology stakeholders around project goals, scope, and expected outcomes \nIdentify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and AI adoption \nManage project risks, dependencies, and issues proactively \nEnsure transparent communication and reporting to stakeholders \nMonitor KPIs and delivery metrics and initiate corrective actions when needed \nMaintain structured project documentation using modern AI-assisted approaches \nSupport delivery teams with resource planning, onboarding, and collaboration activities \nPromote project management best practices and continuous process improvement \nAct as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders and propose value-driven initiatives\n At least 4 years of commercial experience in project or product management \nStrong understanding of project management methodologies and delivery frameworks \nProven experience managing cross-functional or organizational transformation initiatives \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills \nStrong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities \nExperience working in enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders and parallel initiatives \nStrong risk management and prioritization skills \nUnderstanding of modern technologies, system integrations, and automation approaches \nExperience collaborating with technical teams and managing IT-related projects \nAwareness of AI capabilities and readiness to integrate AI into workflows \nUpper-Intermediate or higher level of English \nWILL BE A PLUS\nExperience leading enterprise digital transformation programs \nExperience with workflow automation platforms or process management systems \nKnowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches \nExperience with AI-assisted project management tools \nCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications \nExperience working with international or distributed teams\n PERSONAL PROFILE\nProactive and ownership-driven mindset \nStrong organizational and analytical skills
