The company develops configurable products and digital services used by end customers, electrical installers, wholesalers, system integrators, and certified partners worldwide.\nPROJECT\nThe project focuses on building a modern web-based customization platform that allows users to configure and personalize products using fonts, colors, styles, sizes, and graphical elements. The platform supports guided design workflows, reusable configuration templates, bulk customization scenarios, and structured order management processes.\nThe solution integrates with multiple enterprise systems, including authentication services, ERP platforms, product data management, and content management systems. The project follows an AI-driven software development approach that combines modern engineering practices with AI-assisted workflows and collaborative product delivery.\nKey Technologies: Svelte, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Drupal CMS, ERP, MDM, CI/CD\n Work closely with the Customer to understand business needs, priorities, and expected outcomes\nAct as a Proxy Product Owner and support day-to-day product decisions\nOwn and drive the requirements management process throughout the project lifecycle\nCollaborate with stakeholders on continuous backlog refinement activities\nFacilitate backlog refinement and clarification sessions with engineering teams\nAlign business requirements with technical implementation approaches together with architects, developers, and QA engineers\nSupport sprint prioritization and provide timely business decisions\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements\nIdentify gaps, dependencies, risks, and ambiguities in requirements and drive their resolution\nPrepare and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and related BA documentation\nSupport product demos, acceptance activities, and Customer feedback incorporation\nApply AI-assisted approaches to requirements analysis, research, and documentation activities\n 5+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in software product development\nStrong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, decomposition, documentation, and validation\nProven experience managing product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria\nExperience working directly with Customers and facilitating requirements discussions\nAbility to independently own product and business decisions within the assigned responsibility area\nProduct-oriented mindset with the ability to balance business value, user needs, priorities, and technical constraints\nSufficient technical background to communicate effectively with engineering teams\nGeneral understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, and modern web application architecture\nUnderstanding of AI-driven development principles and AI-assisted delivery workflows\nStrong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills\nProactive attitude with strong ownership and decision-making capabilities\nAdvanced or Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English\nWILL BE A PLUS\nExperience in smart home, smart building, or building automation domains\nPrevious experience acting as a Proxy Product Owner or Product Owner\nHands-on experience with AI-assisted or AI-driven software development practices\nExperience with enterprise platforms involving multiple integrations and third-party systems\nFamiliarity with ERP, CMS, or MDM integrations\n PERSONAL PROFILE\nStrong ownership mindset and proactive communication style\nAbility to challenge assumptions and drive productive discussions\nStructured and
