Current teams consist of experienced professionals already engaged with customers, and the department has ambitious expansion plans. Projects vary in scope and require expertise in multiple methodologies.\n Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, time, and budget\nEstablish and maintain effective delivery supervision across the portfolio\nBuild and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and growth\nSelect and adapt project management methodologies to fit project needs\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively\nMaintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders\nCommunicate closely with customers to manage expectations and support business development\nCoordinate resources, delegate tasks, and monitor progress\nResolve conflicts and promote a high-performance team culture\nUtilize project management tools to ensure transparency and progress tracking\n 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management\nExperience with public sector or government projects\nExperience with fixed-price projects\nStrong understanding of project, program, and portfolio management concepts\nHands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies\nProven leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide teams\nStrong risk management, planning, and decision-making skills\nExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Microsoft tools)\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills\nStrong organizational, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities\nAbility to adapt quickly to changes and manage complexity\nAdvanced understanding of corporate environments and business objectives\nUpper-Intermediate or Advanced English
