The environment combines product strategy, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver market-ready solutions.\nThe team works with cloud-based architectures, Big Data processing pipelines, Machine Learning-driven optimization approaches, and API integrations with leading ad exchanges and advertising platforms. In this role, you will help shape product vision, drive discovery activities, and align business goals with engineering execution.\n Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring focus on the most impactful initiatives aligned with business goals\nGather and consolidate requirements from multiple business stakeholders, identifying common goals and opportunities\nTranslate business needs into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap initiatives\nDefine product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities for engineering teams\nCollaborate closely with engineering, architecture, design, client success, and business stakeholders to ensure successful product development and feature delivery\nDrive product discovery activities, proposing new ideas and improvements based on business needs, customer feedback, and market opportunities\nCommunicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities across cross-functional teams, architects, and technical leads\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective collaboration between business and engineering teams\nDefine and track product KPIs and metrics to measure success and identify skills\nExperience gathering and prioritizing product requirements from multiple stakeholders\nExperience defining roadmaps, user stories, and product documentation\nStrong ownership mindset and proactive approach to decision-making\nAbility to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\nStrong organizational and prioritization
