initiatives\nOwn architectural decisions and define technical direction aligned with business objectives and long-term product strategy\nLead technical discovery, architecture assessments, and solution design activities\nTranslate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-proof technical solutions\nDrive technical pre-sales activities, including customer presentations, architecture workshops, solution proposals, estimations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)\nShowcase Sigma Software’s AdTech expertise to prospective clients and support new business opportunities\nIdentify opportunities to expand existing customer engagements through technology consulting and architecture advisory\nEstablish architectural standards, governance principles, and engineering best practices across projects\nGuide engineering teams on architecture implementation, scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems design\nEvaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, and recommend innovative approaches\nMentor engineers and support technical knowledge sharing across teams\n At least 7 years of commercial software development experience\nMinimum 3 years of experience in architecture or technical leadership roles\nStrong hands-on expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Golang, Rust, Node.js, C++\nProven experience designing high-load, low-latency distributed systems and cloud-native architectures\nStrong understanding of microservices architecture, messaging systems, caching, and API design principles\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and etc.\nProduction environments on AWS, GCP, or Azure\nExperience with REST APIs, gRPC, WebSockets, and event streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub\nExperience participating in customer-facing technical consulting and pre-sales activities\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to work independently and drive technical initiatives in fast-paced environments\nAt least an Upper-Intermediate level of English\nWOULD BE A PLUS\nCommercial experience in the AdTech domain\nKnowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems, including SSPs, DSPs, AdServers, Header Bidding, OpenRTB, Prebid, and VAST\nUnderstanding of Real-Time Bidding systems and auction mechanics\nExperience with mobile advertising ecosystems for iOS and Android\nExperience designing SDKs, APIs, libraries, or integration frameworks\nFamiliarity with advertising analytics, fraud detection, consent management, and real-time data processing solutions\nUnderstanding of GDPR, CCPA, and privacy-first architectures\n PERSONAL PROFILE\nStrong architectural thinking and ability to
