The team works within a large-scale distributed environment that combines cloud infrastructure, enterprise Java solutions, and telecom-related integrations.\n Plan project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependencies\nTrack scope, schedule, budget, risks, and delivery progress\nClarify and document business and technical requirements\nCoordinate the development process and remove delivery blockers\nKeep stakeholders informed and manage expectations\nSupport the team and maintain a productive, human-oriented working environment\nMaintain project documentation and reporting\nSupport resource planning, assignments, and team development\nApply current development and AI practices to improve project delivery\n At least 2 years of practical Project Management experience in software development\nHands-on experience delivering projects in a complex technical domain\nUnderstanding of modern software development and AI practices\nSolid knowledge of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery control\nAbility to understand and discuss technical requirements with engineers and Customers\nStrong organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills\nHuman-oriented approach to team and people management\nCustomer-oriented mindset focused on business goals and delivery outcomes\nClear and confident communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
