The company operates within the digital advertising ecosystem and develops solutions for campaign management, audience targeting, optimization, and measurement across complex platform environments.\nPROJECT\nThe project is focused on expanding and optimizing AdTech platform capabilities, including product discovery, feature development, integrations, and platform scalability initiatives. You will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, data, and business teams to define and deliver technical product solutions supporting high-load advertising operations and evolving business needs.\n Own and drive the product roadmap for assigned AdTech platform domains\nIdentify product opportunities and define new platform capabilities aligned with business goals and market trends\nTranslate business and operational needs into clear functional and technical requirements\nCreate and maintain product requirements documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization plans\nCollaborate closely with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable and maintainable platform solutions\nLead product discovery activities, feature definition, and prioritization processes\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, data, architecture, delivery, and business teams\nDefine, monitor, and analyze product KPIs and success metrics\nEvaluate platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and growth\nCommunicate product vision, priorities, and delivery outcomes to stakeholders\nStay informed about AdTech trends, emerging technologies, and platform innovations\n 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Lead\nStrong technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, scalability, and platform design with engineering teams\nProven experience working with software development teams on complex technical products\nHands-on experience creating product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nAbility to independently drive initiatives from discovery through delivery\nExperience defining, tracking, and interpreting product KPIs\nStrong ownership mindset and accountability for product outcomes\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nMandatory hands-on experience within the AdTech ecosystem\nStrong understanding of digital advertising workflows and AdTech business models\nExperience working with advertising products, campaign management, audience targeting, optimization, or measurement solutions\nAbility to identify industry trends and translate them into product opportunities\nUpper-Intermediate or higher English level\nWILL BE A PLUS\nExperience working with large-scale data-intensive platforms\nUnderstanding of platform architecture and distributed systems\nExperience with analytics, reporting, or measurement products\nBackground in API-driven product ecosystems\nFamiliarity with agile product development methodologies\nExperience coordinating
