This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to improve system performance, drive DevOps best practices, and ensure high availability through automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate closely with development teams to design, build, and deploy reliable and scalable systems while advocating for DevOps practices. \nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous deployment of applications. \nMonitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and performance. \nDevelop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to proactively detect and address potential issues, ensuring the high availability of applications. \nAutomate manual processes and tasks using scripting and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce human error. \nImplement infrastructure as code practices, leveraging tools like Docker, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies to manage and version infrastructure configurations. \nConduct root cause analysis for production incidents, identify remediation strategies, and implement measures to prevent future occurrences. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and QA, to drive the adoption of DevOps principles and ensure a smooth software delivery process. \nParticipate in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents and ensure system availability outside of regular business hours. \nContinuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and practices to enhance the DevOps and SRE capabilities of the organization. \nKey Skills and Competencies\n4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer and similar roles\nStrong experience with Site24x7 Monitoring & Alerting\nExperience in configuring and maintaining Site24x7 monitoring for infrastructure and applications.\nExperience in creating and managing alerting policies, thresholds, and escalation workflows.\nExperience in monitoring system availability and performance, troubleshoot alerts, and optimize monitoring to reduce false positives.\nWhy SiGMA Group?\nGrow with us - Be part of SiGMA’s global expansion and make your mark.\nFree iGaming Academy access - Learn the ins and outs of the industry with access to courses.\nTravel perks - Visit our international offices and attend industry events worldwide.\nPerformance rewards - High performers are recognized and fast-tracked with annual reviews and bi-yearly performance checks ins.
