way around WordPress, this could be the role for you!\nWe're looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to manage the publishing and presentation of content across our digital platforms.\nYou'll be responsible for taking content from draft to publication, uploading and formatting copy, managing media assets, implementing updates, and carrying out final quality checks before content goes live.\nWorking closely with content owners, SEO editors, and other internal teams, you'll help ensure our websites remain accurate, visually consistent, and user-friendly.\nKey Responsibilities\nUpload and update content from Google Docs and Microsoft Word into WordPress.\nFormat pages and articles using headings, lists, block quotes, embeds, Gutenberg blocks, and other WordPress elements.\nEnsure published content follows project requirements, brand guidelines, and formatting standards.\nTrack live drafts, manage content revisions, and maintain clear version control.\nImplement content optimisations, corrections, and updates provided by page owners and SEO editors.\nManage digital media assets, including renaming, compressing, optimising, and uploading images and videos.\nSet featured images and maintain an organised WordPress Media Library.\nPreview and review website content across desktop and mobile devices before publication.\nCheck links, calls-to-action, formatting, and page layouts to ensure a smooth user experience.\nIdentify and resolve content publishing, styling, and presentation issues.\nUse CSS to troubleshoot and make minor styling adjustments where required.\nCreate and maintain internal documentation covering content uploads, version control, and media management.\nSupport improvements to content publishing workflows and processes.\nRequirements\nPrevious experience working with WordPress, preferably including the Gutenberg editor.\nGood understanding of CSS, with the ability to identify and troubleshoot styling and layout issues.\nGood understanding of website content formatting, structure, and presentation.\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.\nConfidence working with Google Docs and Microsoft Word.\nExperience managing and optimising digital media assets, including images and videos.\nAbility to follow content, brand, and style guidelines consistently.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nGood problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving publishing issues.\nGood written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with content, SEO, and other internal teams.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of day-to-day content publishing tasks.\nNice to Have\nBasic frontend development knowledge, particularly HTML and JavaScript.\nFamiliarity with responsive web design and mobile-friendly layouts.\nUnderstanding of SEO best practices
