This role is a great opportunityforsomeone who is highly organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to develop their experience in event logisticsand operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan and support the successful execution of events that may happen at the local or international level, within budget and approved procedures.\nComplete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.\nCoordinate all event services and logisticsfrom start to end, such as venue and space booking, F&B, team buildings, set-up, technical needs, permits, insurance, and H&S checks to meet the quality expectations of our clients.\nConduct venue and services research to expand our supplier portfolio and offer a variety of suitable options.\nServe as a liaison with vendors on event-related matters.\nAssistin overseeingevent set-upand execution of assigned events.\nAssistwith events on-site when required.\nPrepare event proposals, price quotes, and internal documents to support event organization.\nKeep track of event finances, including payment requests, invoicing, and reporting.\nProvide periodic progress reports to the line manager for each event and keep event/budget files updated.\nConduct post-evaluation analysis after the event and report results.\nSupport the team with administrative duties, such as database maintenance, merchandise, reporting, etc.\nAct quickly to solve problems.\nHave a curious, proactive, and hands-on attitude, striving to always deliver the best and most diverse experiences and get things right the first time.\nMaintain a positive attitude while understanding the demands of the job before, during, and after events.\nPerform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line
