You understand the business goals behind a feature, anticipaterisks before they reach users, and push back when requirements are unclear. If you see quality as something you build into a product, not something you check at the end, this role is for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the quality of assigned products and features end to end:functionality, usability, and fit with business goals\nGo beyond acceptance criteria to find edge cases, missed scenarios, and real-world user behaviours\nTest and monitorcritical flows (registration, forms, funnels, payments, email journeys) and flag risks before they escalate\nPerform manual testing of web applications for functionality, usability, accessibility, and performance across browsers and devices\nTest REST APIs and validateintegrations with internal and third-party systems\nValidate analytics and tracking (e.g. GA4, GTM events) on key journeys\nCreate and maintaintest plans, test cases, and regression suites focused on clarity and business risk\nReport issues with clear reproduction steps, context, and impact\nWork closely with developers, designers, and product managers to clarify requirements and challenge incomplete logic early\nIdentifyautomation opportunities and contribute to building automated regression coverage\nImprove QA processes, tools, and release practices across the team\nBasic Qualifications\n3+ years of experience testing web applications\nStrong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and the SDLC\nGood knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how web applications work under the hood (HTTP, cookies, caching, client vs. server)\nConfident with browser DevTools(elements, network, console, storage) for investigating issues\nExperience testing REST APIs with tools such as Postman or Insomnia\nExperience with Jira or similar bug-tracking and test management tools\nComfortable using AI tools to speed up test design and analysis, with the judgment to verify their output\nExcellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge assumptions\nStrong attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive mindset\nWould be beneficial\nTest automation experience with Playwright or Cypress \nPerformance testing basics (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals, k6 or JMeter) \nExperience testing WordPress sites, including Multisite and high-traffic sites \nUnderstanding of caching layers (Redis, Varnish, CDN) sufficient to reproduce and isolate cache-related issues \nAbility to set up local or test environments with Docker or WP-CLI \nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and how QA fits into release processes \nExperience testing event, ticketing, or payment
