This role is heavily focused on print design and production, requiring strong technical knowledge of pre-press, print specifications, and hands-on coordination with printers and external vendors.\nYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality, print-ready publications from concept to final delivery, working closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams. A solid network of printer and production contacts, along with proven experience managing print workflows, is essential for this role.\nResponsibilities\nLead the design and layout of SiGMA Magazine, event guides, and editorial print publications\nManage projects end-to-end, from concept development and pagination to final print delivery\nCollaborate closely with editorial, marketing, and events teams to translate content into strong visual narratives\nPrepare and deliver print-ready files, ensuring accuracy across specs, colour, and pre-press requirements\nCoordinate directly with printers and production vendors, managing timelines, proofs, and final outputs\nLeverage existing relationships with printers and suppliers to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency\nMaintain strong editorial design systems across typography, grids, and layouts\nOversee production schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently met\nReview proofs, manage revisions, and sign off on final printed materials\nEnsure all publications align with SiGMA brand guidelines and editorial standards\nStay up to date with editorial design trends, print innovations, and production best practices\nWhat we
