We move fast, think big and execute with intent.\nPosition Overview\nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designerto support the continuous development and optimization of our digital platforms, including flagship event and media websites.\nThis role requires a strong understanding of user experience principles, visual consistency, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proximity to management and key stakeholders is important to ensure alignment, efficiency, and fast implementation of updates across multiple digital assets.\nYou will work in a dynamic environment where websites require frequent enhancements, campaign updates, and performance improvements.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and optimize user interfaces and user journeys across multiple websites (including AIBC, AGS, and related platforms).\nCollaborate closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure visual consistency and timely implementation of website updates.\nTranslate business and marketing requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.\nCreate wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows for new features and improvements.\nEnsure responsive design and seamless UX across desktop and mobile platforms.\nWork closely with management and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables.\nSupport continuous website improvements, campaign launches, and landing page updates.\nContribute to maintaining and evolving design systems and UI standards.\nCollaborate with distributed UX team members across different offices to ensure operational continuity and coverage.\nRequirements:\n3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating website design and user journey optimization.\nProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.\nSolid understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.\nAbility to work closely with graphic designers, developers, and marketing teams.\nStrong communication skills and ability to manage feedback from multiple stakeholders.\nExperience working on content-driven or event-based websites is an advantage.\nFluent in English.\nWhy SiGMA Group?\nGrow with us -
