They work across the full project lifecycle, bringing together architectural, civil and structural, and mechanical and electrical disciplines to deliver coordinated and commercially controlled projects.\nThey are now seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to join their team. This role would suit a Civil/Structural Engineer or Architect who is looking to move further into project management, with a focus on leading multidisciplinary projects rather than undertaking detailed design.\nThe successful candidate will manage projects from inception through to completion, coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, clients, contractors and other stakeholders. Projects range from large-scale developments through to smaller extensions, refurbishments and fit-out works, often within live industrial and pharmaceutical facilities.\nThe role will involve regular travel to project sites across Ireland, typically at least once per week. Current project locations are primarily across Dublin, Westport, Sligo and Athlone, meaning the role will suit someone comfortable travelling between locations.\nSalary: Approximately €85,000 + benefits, with flexibility for the right candidate.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the delivery of multidisciplinary CSA projects from inception through to completion.\nAct as the primary coordinator across Architecture, Civil & Structural, and Mechanical & Electrical disciplines.\nManage projects within highly regulated industrial and pharmaceutical environments.\nManage client expectations and maintain strong levels of client satisfaction.\nDevelop and maintain project programmes, schedules, delivery plans and project trackers.\nTake ownership of project financial performance, including fee management, cost tracking, forecasting and commercial risk management.\nMonitor project budgets, fee expenditure and resource allocation.\nDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, with responsibility for project profitability and repeat business.\nPrepare and contribute to fee proposals, variations and commercial documentation.\nLead client review meetings and internal design coordination meetings.\nCoordinate and manage multidisciplinary responses to Contractor RFIs and technical queries.\nManage the flow of design information and maintain relevant trackers, registers and schedules.\nOversee the preparation and issue of tender and contract documentation.\nAdminister building contracts and attend construction and subcontractor meetings.\nReview and manage subcontractor technical submissions.\nMonitor project progress against agreed programmes, deliverables and budgets.\nOversee the preparation and issue of Health & Safety documentation.\nCarry out site visits and provide project oversight across various locations in Ireland.\nApply your Civil/Structural or Architectural expertise to support design coordination, technical decision-making and project risk management.\nManage sub-consultants and coordinate project stakeholders.\nEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with established project management, quality and governance procedures.\nSupport and develop more junior members of the team, including through internal CPD.\nRepresent our client professionally when dealing with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders.\nRequirements\nDegree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture.\n5+ years' post-qualification experience.\nProven experience in project management and multidisciplinary project delivery.\nExperience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams.\nStrong knowledge of Irish statutory requirements and procedures.\nExperience managing projects from inception through to completion.\nStrong client and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent organisational, communication and leadership abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines effectively.\nWillingness and ability to travel regularly to project sites across Ireland, typically at least once per week.\nDesirable\nChartered or registered with Engineers Ireland or RIAI.\nExperience within industrial, pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environments.\nFormal project management qualification such as PMI or IPM.\nExperience with building contract administration.\nExperience working with BIM/CDE-led project coordination.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong project planning and delivery capability.\nExcellent stakeholder and client management.\nStrong commercial awareness and understanding of project finances.\nAbility to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex and regulated environments.\nStrong written and verbal communication
