Applicants will need a driving license and car.\nTraining and Support: The training and support given is excellent, with two department Trainers, a Team Lead and a team of 50 Customer Service Representatives, there will always be someone on hand to support new starters.\nPOSITION SUMMARY \nDue to expansion of the team, our client in East Galway city now require a Customer Service Representative to work in the customer service department handling Global customer inquiries. \nYou will deal with queries via; Telephone, E-mail and Chat. You will predominantly be assisting customers and partners in the United States.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES \nResponding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner and resolving issues which customers might have regarding company's products which include but not limited to; order queries, price queries, complaints, queries, refunds etc.\nMaintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.\nRepresenting the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner\nComplete documentation to in-house standards and be compliant with all in-house procedures.\nReporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and working within a team of 50 Customer Service Representatives, 25 of which work evening shifts.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nFluency in spoken and written English.\nNative language speaker of one or more language desirable but this is not essential\nMinimum 2 years’ experience working in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment.\nGood communications skills.\nExcellent telephone and customer service skills.\nApplications will be considered from people that have not worked in a corporate office environment before.
