Project Manager\nAbout the Company\nOur client is an established Irish electrical contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality electrical installation and commissioning projects across the commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, hospitality and public sectors.\nDue to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are now looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to join their team.\nAbout the Role\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineer, Electrical Supervisor or experienced Electrical professional who is looking to take the next step into project management.\nWorking closely with an experienced Project Manager and wider project team, you will support the successful delivery of electrical projects, gaining responsibility across planning, coordination, commercial management, site delivery and client interaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the Project Manager in the day-to-day management of electrical projects.\nAssist with planning, programming and coordinating electrical works.\nCoordinate with site teams, electricians, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades.\nMonitor project progress and ensure works remain on programme.\nReview electrical drawings, specifications and project documentation.\nAssist with resolving technical queries and site issues.\nAttend project and site meetings with clients, main contractors and subcontractors.\nAssist with procurement and ensure materials and equipment are available when required.\nTrack labour, materials and project resources.\nAssist with identifying and managing project variations.\nAssist with the preparation and review of RAMS and HSEQ documentation.\nMonitor the quality of electrical installations and ensure works are completed to the required standards.\nAssist with testing, commissioning and project handover.\nBuild effective working relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams.\nWhat We're Looking For\nQualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Services Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline, or a strong electrical trade background.\nIdeally1-2 years' experience working within an electrical contracting, construction or building services environment.\nStrong understanding of commercial electrical installations and construction projects.\nExperience reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications.\nPrevious experience coordinating electrical works or supervising electrical teams would be highly advantageous.\nGood understanding of project planning, site coordination and health & safety.\nStrong organisational and communication skills.\nCommercial awareness with an understanding of project costs, variations and resources.\nAbility to
