They specialise in a range of commercial and industrial projects all in the Galway and West of Ireland region.\nAbout Your New Job\nAs the electrical project manager, you will lead complex electrical installations from pre-construction to handover in the West of Ireland, ensuring all works are delivered on schedule, within budget and to client standards.\nMain roles involved are:\nCoordinate site activities, sub-contractors, and direct labour, implementing best-in-class safety and quality standards.\nServe as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.\nTake ownership of technical submissions, procurement schedules, and progress reporting, making critical decisions and driving project success.\nOversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.\nCoordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to define project requirements and deliverables.\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.\nSupervise onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.\nManage project budgets, track costs, and prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.\nIdentify and resolve project risks, issues, and changes as they arise.\nEnsure that all electrical installations comply with relevant codes and standards.\nLead project meetings and communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders.\nOversee procurement of materials and equipment, managing inventory and logistics.\nWhat Skills You Need\nMinimum 3 years’ experience managing electrical construction projects in Ireland or the UK.\nTrade or degree qualification in Electrical Engineering or related discipline or holding relevant experience.\nProven ability to manage all phases of projects independently, including commercial, H&S, and client relationship aspects.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.\nFull driving licence required.\nWhat's on Offer\nAttractive salary package of €75,000-€90,000 with benefits\nCompany Vehicle
