The role is primarily Monday to Friday, although occasional weekend work may be required.\nWhat Skills You Need\nA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.\nAt least five years’ experience as a Project Engineer, including a minimum of three years’ relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or another regulated manufacturing environment.\nProven experience in project management, energy management, energy efficiency projects and capital project delivery.\nExperience with ISO 50001, utilities, facilities or site engineering, ideally with ownership or significant involvement in an Energy Management System.\nA strong understanding of commissioning and validation, equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.\nExperience developing feasibility studies, capital expenditure requests, budgets and business cases.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with site leadership, global teams, contractors and cross-functional stakeholders.\nA practical, collaborative and proactive approach to managing projects and delivering sustainable results.\nWhat's on Offer\nSalary range of €60,000 to €70,000\nA annual bonus, family healthcare and a pension scheme.\nSubsidised canteen, onsite gym and a collaborative environment with opportunities to work on high-impact engineering, energy and sustainability projects.\nThe opportunity to lead the site’s energy strategy, ISO 50001 programme and capital projects while contributing to wider global sustainability initiatives.\nWhat's Next\nApply now by clicking the “Apply Now” button.
