You will be responsible for ensuring all financial, operational, contractual, quality, health and safety and legislative commitments are met and exceeded.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nLead the contract team to deliver exceptional service and meet all contractual commitments.\nManage contract financial performance, including revenue, profitability, cost reduction, debt, work in progress and contract growth.\nIdentify and deliver opportunities for strategic development, additional services and business growth.\nMaintain strong relationships with key client contacts, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, QHSE standards, legislation and industry best practice.\nOversee the health and safety performance of employees, clients, subcontractors and other relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure the contract is appropriately staffed, with competent teams, effective workforce planning and succession plans in place.\nProvide leadership, coaching, guidance and support to employees, including training and development planning.\nWork collaboratively with other operational managers to support the wider business.\nContribute to sales activity, solutions development, presentations, client meetings and the mobilisation of new contracts.\nDeliver effective communication through team meetings, briefings, reporting and regular client updates.\nSupport continuous improvement, innovation and the delivery of best practice across the contract.\nYou will report to a senior operational manager and will have line management responsibility for the contract team, as well as indirect responsibility for relevant subcontractors.\nWhat Skills You Need\nA minimum of five years’ proven facilities management experience in Ireland.\nA relevant engineering or facilities management background, ideally with mechanical or electrical knowledge.\nStrong experience managing client relationships, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors.\nProven experience managing contract finances, operational performance and service delivery.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a detailed and methodical approach.\nStrong leadership, influencing and decision-making skills.\nThe ability to prioritise effectively and remain composed when working under pressure.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nA customer-focused and collaborative approach.\nThe flexibility to work outside core office hours occasionally and travel to other work locations when required.\nA relevant higher qualification such as an HNC, HND, degree or equivalent is desirable but not essential.\nWhat’s on Offer\nSalary of
