(Initial 12 month FTC)\nAbout Your New Job\nYou will play a central role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring regulatory compliance across the organisation. You will combine detailed financial analysis with clear communication and commercial insight to support senior stakeholders and business performance.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nLeading the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts across the organisation and its business units, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.\nMaintaining, developing and implementing robust accounting policies and internal financial controls in line with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.\nMonitoring and reviewing costs, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency.\nOverseeing year-end processes and coordinating reporting inputs across all business units.\nEnsuring statutory, regulatory and compliance returns are accurately completed and submitted on time.\nCoordinating group audits and tax reviews while acting as the main finance contact for external stakeholders.\nLeading and developing the finance team, promoting best practice, capability development and continuous improvement.\nBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and providing trusted financial insight and support.\nWhat Skills You Need\nACA or ACCA qualification.\nAt least five years’ post-qualification experience.\nPrevious experience as a Financial Controller within an organisation with an annual turnover of at least €10 million.\nExperience preparing financial reports for multiple business units and subsidiaries.\nExperience preparing statutory audit files and supporting external audit compliance.\nExcellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.\nStamp 4 or EU Passport required.\nWhat’s on Offer\n€80,000 -
