Westmeath.\nThe company specialises in precast concrete solutions for major construction and infrastructure projects across Ireland and the UK.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with civil engineering, construction or setting-out experience who wants to develop their career in manufacturing and production management.\nAbout Your New Job\nAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will:\nTake responsibility for the daily activities of an allocated production area, working closely with the Production Manager.\n\nInterpret engineering drawings, specifications and reinforcement details to ensure accurate manufacturing.\n\nCarry out setting-out, dimensional checks and inspections of precast concrete structures.\n\nCoordinate daily production priorities, labour and materials to meet project deadlines.\n\nProvide technical guidance and day-to-day direction to production employees.\n\nWork closely with Design, Quality, Maintenance and other departments to resolve production issues.\n\nMonitor quality, safety and productivity, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.\n\nSupport the coordination of a production team of up to approximately 30 employees.\n\nWhat Skills You Need\nDegree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or an equivalent relevant engineering qualification.\n\nMinimum 2-3 years' experience in civil engineering, construction, reinforced concrete, precast manufacturing or a related environment.\n\nProven experience in setting out and interpreting engineering drawings.\n\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM processes and relevant Eurocodes.\n\nStrong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to take ownership of work and operate effectively in a hands-on production environment.\n\nPrevious supervisory or people-management experience would be an advantage.\n\nFull, clean driving licence and unrestricted right to work in
