Due to an increased pipeline of projects for 2027, they are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager for the greater Dublin area. The company work on various commercial projects throughout the city and are known as a good company to work for.\nYour New Job\nAs Project Manager, you will be tasked with the following:\nDevelop and manage project budgets and cost plans.\nLead multiple project teams to ensure timely and on-scope contract delivery.\nCollaborate with key stakeholders to successfully deliver all aspects of assigned client projects.\nManage and assess the quality of subcontractor work.\nOversee compliance with current Health & Safety legislation.\nSupport the Project Surveyor in managing and controlling contract costs and variations, with regular cost projections reported to the Construction Director.\nIdentify and manage project risks, ensuring early intervention with design teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.\nEnsure high accuracy in planning and scheduling activities.\nDevelop and implement project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating necessary resources.\nDevelop and monitor material procurement schedules to meet project timelines\nWhat Skills You Need\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services or trade qualification\nOver 10 years of experience in construction or a related industry is preferred.\nConsistent track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.\nWhat's on Offer\nSuccessful applicants will receive a competitive package in excess of €120,000.
