About Your New Role
As Civil Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of civil construction projects based in Roscommon and surrounding areas. You will manage each stage of the project, from planning through to completion, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, programme, and safety.
Your main duties include:
Leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
Monitoring progress, managing project risks, and resolving issues efficiently.
Ensuring all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
Chairing project meetings, providing clear direction, and reporting progress to senior management and clients.
Enforcing health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
What Skills You Need
Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or construction.
Relevant degree or professional qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
A strong track record of successfully delivering civil construction projects.
Experience leading project teams and managing subcontractors and stakeholders.
Strong organisational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, project controls, health and safety, and quality standards.
What’s on Offer
Competitive salary in the range of €80,000-€90,000 DOE.
