Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.\nAbout Your New Job\nAs Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nManaging the day-to-day delivery of construction projects from commencement through to handover.\n\nCoordinating site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.\n\nMonitoring project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure key milestones are achieved.\n\nEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations, building regulations and company procedures.\n\nManaging client relationships and attending progress meetings.\n\nReviewing project costs, variations and commercial performance in conjunction with the commercial team.\n\nIdentifying and resolving project risks, delays and technical issues.\n\nMaintaining high standards of quality control, documentation and reporting.\n\nOverseeing project handover and ensuring all works are completed to the required specification.\n\nWhat You Will Need\nA degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry.\n\nExperience delivering projects from commencement through to completion.\n\nStrong knowledge of construction programmes, budgets, health and safety and quality management.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.\n\nThe ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project delivery.\n\nStrong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.\n\nWhat You Will Get Back\nSalary €90,000 to €100,000.\n\nCompany vehicle or car allowance.\n\nPension contribution.\n\nBonus and additional benefits,
