This is an opportunity to join a professional team and play a key role in coordinating field operations, equipment procurement and project delivery.\nAbout Your New Job\nAs Project & Scheduling Co-ordinator, you will act as the operational hub of the business, connecting daily field activities with project delivery. Working alongside the office administration team, you will:\nPlan, coordinate and optimise the daily and weekly schedules for field service engineers.\nDispatch engineers for scheduled site works, urgent maintenance and emergency breakdowns.\nEnsure engineering visits meet client Service Level Agreements and site access requirements.\nTrack project timelines, milestones and deliverables for forecourt and depot installations.\nManage the procurement of specialist engineering equipment, parts and materials from local and international suppliers.\nMonitor supply chain timelines to ensure materials arrive on-site when required and prevent project delays.\nAct as the main office-based contact for customers, handling queries and troubleshooting requests.\nGather accurate information about technical issues, resolve minor queries where possible and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.\nKeep customers informed about job progress, engineer arrival times and parts availability.\nMaintain accurate records of site assets, service histories, procurement invoices and client sign-offs within the CRM system.\nEnsure scheduled works comply with relevant engineering, construction and health and safety standards.\nThis is a fully office-based position in Macroom, Co. Cork, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.\nWhat Skills You Need\nAt least 2-3 years’ experience in an administration, scheduling or coordination role, ideally within engineering, construction, utilities or a similar sector.\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, schedules and project deadlines.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nThe ability to remain calm and professional when handling urgent customer queries or high-pressure situations.\nExperience using CRM or ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nA solid understanding of construction-site health and safety practices.\nThe ability to commute daily to the company’s office in Macroom, Co.
