and ongoing support for professional development.\nAbout Your New Job\nAs the Site Manager, you will oversee the daily management of either a large site or multiple smaller sites, ensuring processes and procedures are fully implemented and project goals are met efficiently.\nYou will lead in planning, organising, and executing all construction activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.\nYou will act as the senior leader for multiple sites or work collaboratively within a larger team on complex projects, taking full responsibility for site operations and successful delivery.\nWhat Skills You Need\nRelevant third-level education or trade qualification required.\nIdeally, you will have 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with proven ability to coordinate multiple projects.\nStrong skills in team leadership, project management, budgeting, and compliance with Health & Safety regulations.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.\nWhat's on Offer\nCompetitive salary €65,000-€80,000 depending on experience.\n21 days annual leave, with additional days for long
