Working as part of a multidisciplinary development team, you will manage contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The role offers a mix of office, site and remote working, providing flexibility while maintaining close involvement with project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage design teams from a technical, programme and budget perspective.
  • Plan, organise and direct all construction-related project activities.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including local authorities, utilities providers, consultants and development partners.
  • Develop and manage project programmes, milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
  • Manage main contractors and consultancy teams on large-scale residential developments.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, planning conditions and industry best practice.
  • Oversee statutory approvals including Planning Permissions, Fire Safety Certificates and Disability Access Certificates.
  • Monitor budgets, manage costs and provide regular project reporting.
  • Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving initiatives through design, planning and procurement strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to progress projects through each stage of the development lifecycle.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management, project management or development management.
  • A recognised third-level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Development, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical and commercial construction knowledge.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale residential construction projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of the Irish planning, development and construction environment.
  • Experience working with public procurement processes would be advantageous.
  • An understanding of project viability and development economics would be beneficial.

What's On Offer

  • Competitive salary of €70,000 - €100,000 depending on experience.
  • Excellent public sector pension scheme.
  • 37-hour working week.
  • Hybrid working model with a mix of office, site and remote working.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale residential and regeneration projects across the Greater Dublin region.
  • Long-term career development within a growing and well-resourced organisation.
